3. Payment Terms & Conditions

Our payment terms are designed to be fair and transparent for both parties. Here are the standard payment conditions:

• A non-refundable advance payment of 50% is required before project commencement
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final deliverable handover
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit card, or other accepted methods
• Late payments beyond 15 days from due date may incur a 2% monthly interest charge
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis per our refund policy

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Understanding ownership of created content and materials is essential for both parties:

• Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights of custom-created work transfer to the client
• TrendZmediaSolution retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio
• Any third-party materials (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses
• Our proprietary tools, processes, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of TrendZmediaSolution
• Clients warrant that all materials provided to us do not infringe any third-party rights

6. Limitation of Liability

• Results from digital marketing campaigns (we provide best-effort optimization)

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

• Client may terminate with 30 days written notice; advance payments are non-refundable
• We may terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of terms
• Upon termination, all completed work will be delivered upon settlement of outstanding payments
• Work-in-progress will be charged on a pro-rata basis

8. Changes to Terms

TrendZmediaSolution reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

We will notify existing clients of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the state of Maharashtra. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
